    28 Opens like a barn door, closes like a trap you would guess twenty things before you would guess that
    Ans. An umbrella.
    29 Brown I am and much admired, it's many a house and man I tired. Tire a horse, worry a man tell me the riddle if you can?
    Ans. A saddle
    30 As round as an apple, as sharp as a lance, if you could sit on it, it would carry you to France.
    Ans. The moon.
    31. What goes round the wood around the wood and never enters the wood.
    Ans. The bank of a tree.
    32. As I went through yonder gap I saw a man with a little red cap. He had a stick in his hand and a stone in his belly, riddle me that and I'll give you a penny.
    Ans. A cherry.
    33 Headed like a thimble, tailed like a rat. You may guess for ever but you couldn't guess that:
    Ans. A pipe.
    34 As round as an apple, as flat as a pan, one side a woman the other a man.
    Ans. A penny.
    35 What goes away between two woods and comes home between two waters.
    Ans. A man fetching pails of water.
