    Old Leggy McCabe goes around in an ass and cart buying scrap iron, rags, kits and goats. One day he bought a goat from Mr. Benny Burns but he had not gone far till Mr. Burns passed him and what was he doing but skinning the goat. He is called Leggy because he has a wooden leg. Whenever he gets any money he goes to the public house and drinks it.
