  1. The children used to go without boots the whole year until they were fourteen. That was over 100 years ago. The people threw out the water when they were done washing their foot. J Wiggin made boots. There are people that can mend boots. The names of them are P Corry, J Corry and C Tully. Clogs were wore long ago but they are wore yet. They wore them because they were warm. The clogs were made by hand.
