  1. (continued from previous page)
Is the neatest one of all
Passed the bride and the groom
    On that bright May morn
They all dismounted from their old side-cars
With hearts full of glee and bright as stars
    Onward marched the great procession
Amid cheers and laughter which rent the skies
    Round and round they marched
Till their feet must have pained them to the utmost degree
    Gradually the great crowds dispersed
Till the eve of that day
On a bright May morn long ago
    Beneath that beautiful Summer sky

  2. The tree in the lawn
My love she is gone to cross over the main
And long will I mourn till she comes back again
I will rove all the day till the long night comes on
And be sheltered by the green leaves of the tree in the lawn
If I were a fisher I'd plough the salt sea my love to be a small fish before me to play
I would cast out my net in the old Annalee
