    2. the following is a tried and sure cure:-
    Stew a portion of flax-seed strain off. (2 cupfuls say) Add 1/2 stick of liquorice, (3 inches)=2oz of sugar candt, 1 tablespoon olive oil
    3.Boil root of dock or seed
    4.Stewed garlic
    Garlic is though a prevenline of black leg. I knew an old lady who always three a few pods bruised, into the feed for calves.
