    Once upon a time a doctor was called to examine a woman patient and after examining her, he sent her some medicine with the directions
    "To be well shaken before taken.
    Now this woman had two big strong sons and when the doctor called next time he saw them shaking their mother from one end of the bed to the other, he asked them why were they doing that for. And they said that the label said
    "To be well shaken before taken.
