    Conceit kills and conceit cures.
An old doctor who had a young apprentice said to him one day when his turn was up:-
"You have as much knowledge as I myself but one thing" he said, "and I will tell you that thing if you give me a hundred pounds" he said. The apprentice agreed and gave him a hundred pounds. The doctor said:- "Conceit kills and conceit cures."
A few years afterwards the old doctor got sick and could not be cured. He sent for his former apprentice who came and said that he would cure him if he gave him a hundred pounds. The old doctor gave him the money and the apprentice took out a piece of aper and wrote on it:- "Conceit kills and conceit cures."
A fool with his mouth closed would pass for a wise man.
When you see shells you may guess eggs.
If you don't sow in Spring you won't reap in the Harvest.
