  1. There are two fields on the farm owned by Mr Wesley Strong Gallonfree Virginia Co. Cavan, the kiln field and the Giant's Graveyard. The Giants Graveyard is now called the haggard field because it is our haggard.
The kiln field gets its name from a kiln that is in it. This kiln was used very often in by gone days, and since this the field is called by that name.
Just outside our haggard is a field called the Giant's Graveyard. Old folks tell us a party of giants lived and were buried there in ancient days.
