    'Hughie Grey's hunting horse'
This poem was written in priase of a famous hunting and hurdle horse owned and bred by the late Hughie Grey
The horse was named 'Motor - Car' on account of its speed.
    I
    Motor-car was six years old
    She never feared a foe.
    She far surpassed the nobles
    At the grand Oldcastle Show
There came men from Trim and Navan,
    From Moate and Mullingar
To take the up from Hughie
    And his mare called Motor-Car.
