    the trenser and placed in the tub and cold spring water is poured in on the butter to wash the milk out of it. When this is completed salt is mixed through it and then it is made into prints or rolls.
    The butter- milk is used for drinks, and for calves and pigs and for making bread. There are no local sayings about butter or churn-making.
