- KillcrossduffI live in the townland of Killcrossduff in the parish of Killann. There are 20 families around 80 people. The families most common are Mc Intyres. The most of the houses are slated and the rest are thatched. The townland of Killcrosduff got its name from a church with a black cross. There are six old people over seventy living there. The names of them are Laurence Mc Intyre and wife John Mr Intyre and wife. Mrs Peter Brady, Mrs Crossan. They can tell no stories in Irish. The houses were more numerous but are gone to ruins.
