- First you get a herb which will be found growing on a mossy bank or in a meadow. The herb has green leaves and a pink flower. Sometimes it is hard to get.
You wash the herb, clean it, and put it in a saucepan with about a pint of sweet milk. Put it on the fire to boil and when boiled, strain it and give it to the patient to drink.
