  2. Every parish is called after a Saint. Our own parish is called after St. James. The church schools, townhall and the cemetery are dedicated to him.
    There are no stories told about him, nor did he preform any miracles here. There is a holy well outside the town dedicated to his honour called St. James' well, and people go there for holy water on his feast day.
    No special prayers have ever been said to him, and his feast
