- At Carnaross Co. Meath there is a holy well called St. Ciarans well. Evry year crowds go there on the first Sunday in August. Others go on the previous night and spend the whole night before the well. At twelve o'clock on that night two strange looking fish come out on the well and after disappearing they are never seen until the same time(continues on next page)
