    "Houses of long ago.

    The houses of long ago were made from "mud" and from "scraws".They were ruffed with scraws and thatch and they were very small.There used to be only room and a kitchen and a stone partition separating the room from the kitchen .The beds used to be in the kitchen and they were called "camp beds.They used to be stuck in the wall opposite the door and the young children used to sleep in them and their parents used to sleep in the kitchen.There used to be other kinds of beds on the
