    Being a very strict Holiday.
    When the dinner is over aa clean fire is put down with the Christmas block. All the family sit around the fire chatting and talking.
    No one visits the house on Christmas Day it is sacred to the family. Those having position return home for that day.
    Children play with their toys and the games brought to the Christmas Eve by Santa Clause
    I may mention here that in this part of the country the kitchen is the living room of the family. The parlour is reserved for visitors. When the people need each other Christmas morning they wish each other a happy Christmas. The people who have lost a father or mother or brother or sister during the
