  1. There are very few places in Ireland that do not contain a hidden treasure. There was supposed to be one in "Labadiah" Ballina long ago. "Labadiah" or "The Robbers Cave" is a small townland about a mile and a half from the village of Ballina. The treasure itself was supposed to be placed there by smugglers, and there was a cave there used for the purpose. Year later the smugglers were supposed to have returned there again and therefore the place was watched. It was known as the "Gap." A boat was seen
