There is no pilgrimage to it or no prayers to be said when visited. - The herbs that do most harm on my father's farm are nettles, thistles, dock leaves, rushes, spunk, comfrey, lea, dandelion, crow-foot and chicken-weed. All these herbs make the land very poor and sometimes they almost smother the crops.
The following are the herbs that can cure diseases:-
The dandelion is a cure for kidney and liver disorders,
nettles are a cure for blood-pressure, and they are also a blood purifier and a tonic,
comfrey is an excellent cure for lung and chest troubles,(continues on next page)
