    Another custom is if a person met a funeral going to the Chapel or to the graveyards, it is right that you should turn back for three steps of the road, and then continue the road he were going at first.
    When a coffin is being carried in a hearse, it is a custom that a brother or a father or some near relation must go on the top of the hearse outside. These are all the customs connected with wakes and funerals, practised in this locality.
