    There is a story in Connection with the fair of Spancilhill, many years ago of a very fine day ,there was a fair held in Spancilhill and the people ran short of water to drink .Some people who lived in the vicinity had some water in store .they sold it at a high rate and ever since the fair day in Spancilhill is surely wet.
