    called Sheahan's Fort and long ago a man picked a stick inside in the fort and a few months after his hand rotted off of him. Forts are supposed to be enchanted and people would be afraid to interfere with them. People belive that it is unlucky to interfere with them.
    There is a fort in the townland of Caherdown called Hennessy's Tort because a man by the name of Hennessy owns it and people of Caherdown seemed to be sure that there is gold hidden there since the time of the Danes. There were tivo men digging in
