when one is making a churning he helps to make because he might bring the butter. It takes about half an hour to make a churning. When the butter begins to come to the top you will know that the churning is made. My mother takes out the butter with small butter spades and then it is made into a roll. We make bread with the buttermilk and we give some of it to the pigs.
