tribe called the Ui Bainche, who dwelt in South Wexford. Some of
the tribe also settled near New
Ross giving their name to
Rosbercon. - Ballymore
obviously Baile Mor i.e. Bigtown - The old church of Ballymore on the townland of Grahormick, consisted of nave and choir of which latter is now destroyed to the very foundations. This church was dedicated to the B.V.M. and
a pattern was annually held at it on the 15th Aug. and
