They came to about one hundred yards of each other and then the gipsy stopped and looked at the other travelling woman the very same as if it were a ghost she was looking at. The other woman wondered why she was looking at her like that and kept going on towards and was about to ask her what what was the matter with her when the gipsy turned on her heel and flew off as hard as ever she could. The poor travelling woman wondered what on earth was the matter with her and went on her way just as usual.
