the fairy. He turned to the fairy and said that he was ready to go.
The fairy led him to a hall where there were a lot of other fairies feasting. The fairy placed wine and food before him. Then he told him to drink the wine, but the boy said he was not thirsty. Then he told him to eat the food but he said he was not hungry. When he failed to make the boy eat or drink he led him to his father's house. His father was glad to see his son. His father said that if he had drunk the wine or eaten the food he would never be saved. The fairy never troubled them after that day.
