- [-]In the year 1933 there was a terrific storm over Bray. Houses were stripped of their slates, fences were blown down and houses were blown in. Then, later on came hevy rain which lasted for weeks. Every low lying piece of land was submerged in water, the sea came in on the main road and flowed in on on all low- lying ground. In the early summer of 1934 a big thunderstorm occured. Fork lightning slashed through(continues on next page)
