    about 9 feet in height to be seen the ruins of the church. This is known as the "Scull Hole" from the custom of putting the bones, which are dug up when a grave is being made, into it.
    There is an interesting stone to be seen standing against one of the walls of the ruined church. In this stone is a round hole about the size of a breakfast cup. This is believed to be a bullan which is of Pagan origin.

  2. Not far from Rathmichael on a road leading northward across the Heron Ford at the head of the Bride's Glen there is the ruins of an old church call the Tullow Church This Church was known long ago as "The Church of St Bridgid of Tyllaght"
    There is a considerable remains of the old Church to be seen covered with ivy There is a very ancient grave stone not far
