A cure for boils is to fill a bottle with lukewarm water and to press it down on the boil.
Whooping - cough.
If a person suffering from whooping cough gives a donkey a piece of oatcake to eat and eats whatever crumbs fall from the donkey(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
