Long ago there were very few doctors to be found anywhere so the most of the people knew a few cures of their own.Some people say that if you have a wart a good cure is to steal a slice of fat bacon and rub it over the wart three times and hide the bacon it would get better.I often heard people say that if you got a cut on your hand a good cure is to put a cobweb over the cut and it would get better.
