    in Timree so he heard that his hay was being stolen. On his way he stood outside a man's house and said that he was going to evict them because he had two acres of land in the middle of O'Rourke's land and he wanted to get that piece also. But the woman of the house fell on her knees and prayed that he would die before morning. Just as he was near the gate his horse jumped over it and broke his neck. He was seen several times after his death.
