    donkeys and made them walk around it three or four times until it was like putty. Then they built the chimney.
    No glass was put in the window but they put little boards or bags in it instead.
    The floor was made from dóib baise or mortar and stones.
    Half doors were very common. Turf was used in the fire.
    Candles were made from rushes and ? and they gave light at night.
