- St. Brigid's Cross.
The people make crosses on St. Brigid's Day and they are called St. Bridgid's Crosses. During the day 'Brideógs' go around gathering money. In the evening the people set the table for supper and a girl goes outside and pulls rushes. Then she comes to the door and says "Let in Saint Brigid".
