This was a cure for toothache and was given long ago and cured many people.
The cure was the recital of this prayer: -
"Saint Peter sat on a marble stone Our Lord Jeus Christ came to him alone saying, “Peter, Peter what makes thee ache” “O Lord I am troubled with toothache.” “Peter, Peter, arise and be healed and it is not you alone but who ever shall keep those words in memory or in writing for my sake they shall never be troubled with toothache”
Transcribed by a member of our volunteer transcription project.
