- (continued from previous page)There is a holy well about four miles from Drumshanbo. It is called St Losar's well, Kilronan. There is a pilgrimage to it once a year from the 15th of August to the eight of December. It was on the side of a hill and for some reason long ago, some people closed it up, but it sprang up about two hundred yards further down the hill. There is a lake beside the well and it is said that it was made by this well
