- This game has to be played with a boy who knows nothing about.
A number of boys play it. The boy who knows nothing about the game will be selected as the king's horse. The other boys would have it planned beforehand. Great honour is shown to the king's horse. A rope is tied to him and a special stable is also got for him.
Kicking people's doors was a great pastime too. Well they would select the door of a very cross old man or woman. The king's is taken there and told that is to be his stable. He is tied to the knocker and when he is securely tied to it the other boys start banging and kicking the door for all they are worth. Then they scamper away like lightning. The indignant owner burst's open the door(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)- Bailitheoir
