- I heard a story from my father, he said that my grand father used to go to Ballinasloe market with loads of potatoes to sell. So one morning he started off at 4 o'clock in the morning as Ballinasloe is about twelve miles from my house. As he was on the way the wheel fell from the cart and there was no one up and he did not no what to do. He looked across they other side and he saw a man on the roadside. The man said "I am dead long ago and you never said a prayer for me.
