    I live in the townland of Inch, in the parish of Ballydonoghue, in the barony of Irraghticonnor in County Kerry.
    Peculiar names for fields which I know are the Giants field in Matt Connor's land.
    It is so called because long ago a giant lived there.
    He was the terror of the district.
    Publidothers field is in Jerry Sullivan's land.
    The fox run is in Daniel Foran's land.
    It is so called because many foxes live there.
    Tobar na gCapall is so called because a well is situated in the field.
    The streams which I know are Kings stream.
