   There are over Shanakeale up. They are at the bottom of the hill. The reason why they got that name was because there were broken down houses there for to put in sheep there when they would have lambs
   There is another place there called Ladhar Abháin. It is in Shanakeale mountain. The reason why it got that name was because there is a white patch of land there.
   There is another place there called Poll na Scona. It is up from Gurthaleen road. The reason why it got that name because there is a water fall there.
   The name of another place is called Poll na Gabhar. Poll na Gabhar was a place where the goats used gather together by night to sleep. Poll na Gabhar is over Shankeale up.
   There is another place called Carraig na gCun. Carraig na gCun is situated straight up from Shanakeale. The reason why it got that name is because the place used be full of rabbits long ago.
   There is another place called Lacken. It is situated over Shanakill up.
   There is another place called the rock of Fochaire. The rock of Fochaire is situated straight up from Fibough school.
