    upset a basket of potatoes in the middle of the table, and there was a scramble to keep the potatoes from rolling off. Everyone was jovial and enjoyed the merry making.
    Those people have gone off years ago from the neighbourhood. Times have changed considerably in the country since, no one would think of serving a dinner like that.
