Ar an leathanach seo
- On the 8th of May 1921 Humphry Murphy's house of Bally Beg Currow, Farranfore, was burned by the Black and Tans because Humphrey's Son was a I.R.A. leader, and butterly opposed British rule at the time.
Fortunately there were no lives lost, or nobody inured. The damage done to property was enormous, amounting in all
to about £1500 which was paid by the (Black and Tans) British Government. The Conflagration could be seen miles away. - Níl tú logáilte isteach, ach tá fáilte romhat tras-scríobh a dhéanamh go hanaithnid.
