- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)of flour and some sour milk and mix them together then flatten it out with their hands. The only time they eat eggs and drank tea was at christmas and at Easter. When tea came in to the country first they did not know much about it. They put two spoons of tea into a pot then they poured hot water on top of it. Then they strained the tea and eat the tea leaves. I was told by an old man whose name is Mick Looney that the tea came in to the country first about ninety year ago.
