One shout was all you ever got from Brady of Killan.
I rose up all excited I heard a fearful row
And looking out through the window
I saw something like a sow.
Get a bucket and some water and hurry up my man.
The sow she knows her master's voice it's Brady from Killan.
When they called me in at breakfast time.
There was nothing could I see but a band of hungry children.
Saying leave some of that for me.
When I went to bed that night the blankets I did roll.
The fleas they made a wild attack my kidneys to hold
I screeched out milemurder my hide they tried to tan.
And they continually kept shouting about Brady from Killan
