About a week or two after the wedding the bride went to her new home. This was the old peoples night. The friends all collected in the brides home where a feast was laid for them. After some dancing and singing, the whole party headed by the groom and bride and accompanied by a band marched - if the distance were not too far - to the grooms(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
