  2. Mr Power's house is situated in Clonasey. The parish of Mullinavat and the barony of Killahy. There are twenty-four families in the district. All the houses are slated in the district except three. It got its name from the Waterfall flowing through it. It is down in a hollow. The names of the people who are over seventy are Mrs. Foskin Clonassey, Mr. Jim Lonergan, Mr. John Aylward Mrs. Remond, Mrs Henerbery, Miss Mary Cantwell Mr. Dick Whelan, Mrs. O'Loughlin and Miss Mary Duggan. The name most common in Clonassey is Aylward. All the houses are high and well slated. The land is Clonassey
