Jaundice The cure for jaundice is supposed to be some kind of insect that is caught on the wall and when it is rolled up in butter you have to swallow it.
Wart
The cure for a wart is to go out on a foggy and the first snail you meet take and rub him three times of the wart. Then hang him on a white-thorn bush and when he withers the wart will wither too.
Another cure is to get a turnip and scoop a hole in it then put salt in to it and when melted rub it on the wart.
Cut
The cure for a cut is a rib of grass and comfrey which is often found growing on the side of the road A cobweb is also supposed to be a very good cure.
Sore Eyes
