There was a poor man walking along the road one day and he met a farmer and asked him for a copper or would he give any help. I will said the farmer but do you know sir an empty sack cannot stand up.
Well said he come into my house and you will get plenty to eat and drink. So when he had eaten he sent him out in the field to work. After awhile the man went out to see what work he had done, but he was standing up. " Why are you not working said the farmer". "Well sir said the beggar do you know a full sack cannot bend".Written by = Patrick Naughton,
