    the time got good the had bread and milk for breakfast. Meat wasn't eaten often long ago, but sometimes it used to be eaten. Salt meat was eaten. Pork was eaten mostly. The people that lived near the sea ate fresh fish, but the people that lived inland ate salt fish.
    Cabbage was eaten, and curds, and stirabout. Reeboon was eaten as well. It was made of wheat ground, and the wheat heated in an oven. Sometimes milk used to be mixed with the reeboon. Eggs were eaten on Easter Sunday, and on November Night barm bracks were eaten. The
