- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)they always get one egg for luck. Sometimes my mother puts a mark on goose eggs, to know which goose laid it. When we call the hens we say Tuk! Tuk! Tuk! We say Fin! Fin! Fin! Fin! when calling the ducks. we say Chick! Chick! Chick! when we are calling the chickens we say Baddy! Baddy! when we are calling the geese.
Our horses eat out of a rack there is a loft over our stable and we have a furze-machine in it, there is a hole at the edge of the loft, and we give the furze and hay down to the horses.
When we call the horses we whistle for them. Our stable is only for two horses, there is a partition in the stable, it is built with stone. Twice a year we clip our horses. it is in winter we clip them.
