    The Ferny road leads to Carrigaline. Aghamarta road leads to Crosshaven. The Belgooly road leads to Tracton. There is a tree of knowledge which grows in the middle of the road. Along the same road is another tree known as the tree of life. The old roads are "Secán" an old road between Bayview and Kilnagleary. The "Kennel Boreen" was an old passage to Cumeen kennels. The "Old Road" which is between Fahalea and Cumeen. On this road are the ruins of many houses which were inhabited at the Famine time. There is a little bridge over a river on this road where a huge black dog is seen. The "Botar-ní Wuster" is running to the Board Of Works road. The roads made in the Famine times were the Board Of Works which was made by a Mr. Flynn and other workers. The Charity road leads to Minane, and was made in the Famine times to give relief to the people.
