Sometimes matches were broken over a feathered bed and a three legged pot. Some days are lucky to get married on and more days are unlucky.

Tuesday for wealth.
Wednesday the best day of all.
Thursday for losses.
Friday for crosses.
And Saturday is no day at all.
Long ago Martin Walsh made a stócach for Michael Lee. When the bride is getting married she gets a lot of presents from her mother.
